1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using TradeLedger ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What TradeLedger Provides
TradeLedger is a trading journal and analytics tool for futures traders. The Service helps you import, organize, review, and analyze your own trading activity. TradeLedger does not place trades, route orders, or interact with your brokerage or prop firm on your behalf.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information at sign-up and keep it up to date. We may suspend or close accounts that are inactive, unpaid, or used in ways that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Access to TradeLedger is offered on a paid basis. Pricing, billing intervals, and any free-trial terms are displayed at checkout. Subscriptions continue until cancelled in accordance with the displayed terms and our Refund Policy. Failed or disputed payments may result in suspended access until resolved.

7. User Data and Imports
You retain ownership of the trade data and notes you upload to TradeLedger. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to store and process that data only to the extent necessary to operate the Service for you. We do not sell your trading data to third parties. 8. User Responsibility
You are responsible for selecting the correct prop firm, account type, timezone, and import settings when using TradeLedger. Incorrect selections may affect how trades, fees, sessions, and analytics are displayed. You are responsible for reviewing your imports and reporting any discrepancies to support so they can be investigated.
9. Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to access another user's account or data.
- Do not upload malicious files, attempt to disrupt the Service, or probe it for vulnerabilities outside a responsible-disclosure context.
- Do not resell, sublicense, or repackage the Service without our written permission.
- Do not use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.
10. Bug Reports and Support
If you experience a bug, account issue, billing issue, import issue, or access problem, you agree to contact TradeLedger support first and provide a reasonable opportunity for us to investigate and attempt to resolve the issue. 11. Reasonable Resolution Period
Some issues may require investigation, third-party provider checks, or manual review. You agree to allow a reasonable period for support to respond and attempt a resolution before escalating a dispute or chargeback. We will aim to keep you informed while we work on it.
12. Availability and Changes
We work hard to keep TradeLedger available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time. We may also update these Terms; significant changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
13. Limitation of Liability
TradeLedger is provided as a digital software tool. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeLedger and its operators are not liable for:
- Trading losses or missed payouts.
- Prop-firm decisions, evaluation outcomes, or funded-account approvals.
- Data import mistakes caused by incorrect user selections (such as wrong prop firm, account type, or timezone).
- Third-party service outages affecting payments, email delivery, hosting, or related providers.
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or lost data.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
14. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact support so we can attempt a good-faith resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved through support, any remaining dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
