Overview
TradeLedger is a digital trading-journal service. Because access is granted immediately after payment, refunds are handled as described below. We aim to be fair in genuine billing or access issues — please contact support if you believe an exception should apply.
Same-email payment requirement
Contact support before disputes or chargebacks
If you believe there is a billing error, duplicate charge, failed activation, or access issue, please contact TradeLedger support first at tradeledgersupport26@gmail.com. We will review the issue and attempt to resolve it before a chargeback or dispute is filed. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in the affected account being suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
Bug, technical, or access issues
Technical issues, bugs, delayed activation, or import problems do not automatically qualify for a refund. TradeLedger will first attempt to investigate and resolve the issue with you. Refund exceptions may be reviewed for duplicate charges, billing errors, or unresolved access problems once support has had a reasonable opportunity to look into them.
Monthly subscriptions
- You can cancel anytime from your account or billing portal.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access through the end of the current billing period.
- Because TradeLedger is a digital service with immediate activation, monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable once access has been activated for a billing period.
- If you believe there is a billing error or you cannot access the service after payment, contact support and we will investigate.
Lifetime plan
- The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase that grants ongoing access to TradeLedger.
- Lifetime purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been activated.
- Exceptions may be reviewed for duplicate charges, technical access issues, or accidental billing errors. Reach out within a reasonable window and include your account email and payment reference.
Free trial
- If a free trial is offered at the time of sign-up, the trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand.
- It is your responsibility to cancel before the trial ends if you do not want to be charged.
How to request support for a billing issue
Email tradeledgersupport26@gmail.com or reach us through the TradeLedger Discord (linked from the Support page inside the dashboard). Please include:
- The email address on your TradeLedger account.
- The plan you purchased (Monthly or Lifetime).
- The date of the charge and any payment reference you have.
- A short description of the issue.
